This facility is the perfect place for families with children who have special needs that need to take breaks once in awhile between fun times and provide great things to do with just a short walk back to the rooms with cozy dark corners and separate areas that make every family member enjoy every bit of the fun and relaxation that Great Wolf Lodge provides.

Came for our granddaughter's birthday party. She was taken care of so well. Our front desk agent was excellent at checkin, and in general your entire staff were outstanding.

It is a great place to be travelling with kids. The little kids were entertained and when ever you were outside the room - the giggles were everywhere as kids were going on their treasure hunts. Really fun place for kids.

Staff was the best. Pillows were rough. Food was good. Best indoor water park for size and scale. For the price the stay wasn’t what we would have hoped. Arcade overpriced, all the additional “adventure” items were lacking. Food and staff were probably the best for us

My children loved the Waterpark and all the amenities. The price for a standard room was quite pricy for what it provides. While standing in line for check in I was a little shocked to overhear a conversation regarding price someone else payed for their stay. It was tremendous lower then what I payed. When I explored the main website for the hotel, no rooms were apparently available but the price was still comparable to bookings price.

The lady who checked us in name was Jackie and she was amazing. She let me check in early since our son has special needs. Her level of care is something you don’t get everywhere. I’ve been several times and had no one who let me check in early because they don’t understand the dynamic of Autism. Jackie understood and made the experience so great this time.
